Ingredients
- 2 pints organic blackberries
- ¼ cup whole flax seeds
- 2 tbsp Sol-ti Blue Spirulina SuperAde®
- ½-1 tsp maple syrup (adjust to desired sweetness)
- Vegan vanilla coconut yogurt
- Fresh fruit, nuts, etc. for topping
Instructions
1. Make the Blackberry Jam
- Mash blackberries or put them through a food processor until smooth.
- In a jar, add blackberry puree, flax seeds, maple syrup, and Blue Spirulina SuperAde.
- Mix well until combined and allow it to sit in the fridge overnight to set.
2. Assemble the Parfait
- To make a parfait, add yogurt to a bowl, swirl in your jam, and top with fresh fruit, nuts, or your go-to toppings.
Optional: To remove the seeds from the blackberry puree, run this through a fine mesh strainer.
