Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Cup Mixed Frozen Berries
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Bottle of Sol-ti GINGER BEET SuperShot®
  • 1 TBSP Sea Moss Gel (Berry-Flavored recommended for added sweetness)

Instructions

1. Blend the ingredients

  • Add the banana, frozen berries, pumpkin seeds, sea moss gel, and GINGER BEET SuperShot® to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash of water or plant-based milk to reach your desired consistency.

2. Serve and Enjoy
