This Brand Ambassador will convey strong leadership, ambition and the desire to join a positive, winning team. Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, responsible young adult who would like to improve their abilities in communication and sales while growing with our company. As the job requires some computer work, we would like our hire to be competent in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel, but we will always take the time to help you learn what you don't know.

A background in marketing, food service, business or grocery is a plus. Considering the nature of the job, you will be driving to multiple locations during the week including various grocery stores and events throughout Southern California.

What we ask of you:

  • Commit 40+ hours per week to Sol-ti
  • Report to and work directly with our Lead Brand Ambassador
  • Merchandize stores every week making sure our products are placed properly on shelves
  • Perform 4-6 demos a week and attend 1-2 events per week to sell and sample juice
  • Fill out demo and event reports accurately and with customer insight
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations about our products, nutrition, and lifestyle

What we offer you:

  • $15/hr + $0.54 per mile (mileage reimbursement) or $500/month car allowance

We are seeking a brand ambassador interested in conscious capitalism and products that deliver value through health & wellness! This is a no ceiling opportunity with the ability to be part of an early growth team and have significant impact on the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an organized list of target accounts in the territory
  • Sell our brand to retailers in coordination with in house distribution and distribution partners
  • Call on target accounts on a daily & ongoing basis to review in-store priorities
  • Enhance the business, brand visibility, and availability by gaining new distribution
  • Educate customers on proper and effective merchandising, refrigeration, equipment, and POS placements
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Creative presentation/public speaking and premium listening skills are a must
  • Innovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding business
  • Ability to formulate account strategies and execute against them
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (interdependently)
  • Professional demeanor in working with coworkers, distributors, retail reps and consumers
